In this role, you’ll lead Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen initiatives to improve quality, boost performance, and deliver measurable cost savings. You’ll coach teams, develop KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally, and work with global partners to embed a culture of continuous improvement across the site.

What we’re looking for:

• Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or similar)

• 3+ years’ experience in manufacturing, operations, or process improvement

• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC (Green/Black Belt a plus)

• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and coaching skills
