Business Development Manager – Facilities Management �� All Ireland (Field-Based) | Facilities Management | Senior Appointment

This isn't a conventional sales role. It's for someone who has lived the realities of FM service delivery — who understands the pressures, the cost models, and what clients are actually trying to solve.

⚠️ Important: Significant experience in Facilities Management is an essential requirement. Operational FM experience is strongly preferred. Candidates without an FM background will not be considered.

What you'll be doing:

✅ Building and managing a high-quality sales pipeline across diverse sectors

✅ Developing client-ready solutions grounded in real operational understanding

✅ Building strategic relationships with senior decision-makers — through insight, not hard sell

✅ Owning your market, your pipeline, and your commercial strategy

✅ Collaborating with internal bid, operations and commercial teams

✅ Targeting sectors including pharma, life sciences, healthcare, corporate, manufacturing and professional services

What we're looking for:

�� Significant FM experience — this is non-negotiable
�� Operational FM background strongly preferred
�� Proven ability to develop and close new business
�� Strong understanding of service delivery, cost modelling and operational risk
�� Cross-sector exposure across regulated industries
�� Confident communicator at all levels, from frontline to C-suite
�� Self-motivated and comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy
