Operations Manager

Electrical Engineering Consultant Limerick&nbsp; Contract role&nbsp; Position Summary: Seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to provide technical design support for a CAPEX project. The role will also involve supporting smaller capital initiatives and ongoing site operations.

Design and maintain Low Voltage (LV) systems (e.g., lighting, general services, UPS, protection settings including arc flash) and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems (e.g., fire alarm, data points, building automation).

Manage and execute small-scale projects focused on electrical systems infrastructure.
</li>
<li data-start="725" data-end="823">
Support the design review, site acceptance, and installation processes for electrical equipment.
</li>

Prepare and maintain electrical drawings and related technical documentation.
</li>
<li data-start="904" data-end="1008">
Specify and design cGMP-compliant electrical and instrumentation (E&amp;I) equipment and process controls.
</li>

Oversee electrical systems integrated with business IT networks.
</li>

Collaborate with the validation team by preparing design documentation and supporting protocol execution.

Prepare engineering evaluations and manage modification change control documentation.

Job Purpose As part of a multidisciplinary and dynamic New Product Development (NPD) organisation specializing in coronary intervention systems, you will support the commercialization of next-generation minimally invasive medical devices used in the treatment of coronary artery disease. Project Manager&nbsp; Are you a Project Manager working closely with manufacturing and installation teams to help tender, design and install a range of industrial and commercial projects throughout Ireland and on the continent. Due to continued growth in our clients business they are looking for an experienced and ambitious Project Engineer who wishes to contribute and participate in the successful growth and expansion of a proven business. Key Responsibilities :&nbsp;

<li>Manage multiple jobs/sub-contractors and navigate the complexities of site installation.</li>
<li>Be present at installation to trouble shoot and issues.</li>
<li>The understanding and ability to measure, estimate and submit quotes.</li>
<li> Manage a small multi-disciplinary team and ensure that all pre-site preparation work is in place.</li>
<li>Liaise with Design and Manufacturing teams on potential issues, delays.&nbsp;</li>

Ideally you will have :&nbsp;

Project Manager

It was almost a leap of faith when I entered into the world of recruitment over 20 years ago. I can honestly say that I have never looked back! I had moved from Ireland to the UK after finishing my degree and was looking for a &lsquo;Job&rsquo;. I remember interviewing with a recruitment company and they wanted me on their team. That&rsquo;s when it all began all those years ago. I grew into a leadership role where I had the pleasure of developing and growing a great team of people.
I love working with people, taking the time to understand where they would like their career to go and working with them to get there. I also really enjoy working with our clients, really getting underneath what they are looking for in their new hires and going out and finding it for them. I genuinely believe there is an art in what we do, it&rsquo;s an emotional rollercoaster, very challenging but extremely rewarding.
What I have learnt most in my 23 years in this industry is that people are our most valuable asset and when I say people I mean the people on our team that surrounds us with motivation and enthusiasm on a daily basis, our candidates that we work with and take them on a journey to improve their career and livelihood and of course our clients.
