About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior R&amp;D Engineer to join a high-performing Product Design Engineering team, supporting cross-functional technical projects across all stages of the new product development lifecycle.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative medical technologies, working from early-stage concept generation through to commercialization.
Key Responsibilities

<li>Proven experience working within cross-functional teams and driving projects to successful completion.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of medical device development processes and design controls.</li>
<li>Experience with Design of Experiments (DOE), Six Sigma methodologies, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and structured problem-solving techniques.</li>
<li>Ability to translate customer, clinical, or user feedback into innovative product concepts and engineering solutions.</li>
<li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.</li>

We are looking for a Principal Embedded Software Engineer to develop safety-critical embedded software for active implantable urology devices. In this role, you will design, implement, and verify software that controls implantable functionality, sensing, communication, and device safety.
