Master Data Management Coordinator (12-Month Contract)
Location: Swords, Dublin
Contract Type: 12-Month Contract
Working Pattern: Onsite 4 days per week / Work from Home 1 day per week
Reports to: MDM Operations Leader

We are currently seeking an experienced Master Data Management Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract based in Swords, Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced global organisation, working within a collaborative team while enjoying a hybrid working model and plenty of onsite parking.
The Opportunity
The Master Data Management Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and governance of commercial master data across the business. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Master Data Management, experience working with ERP systems, and the ability to thrive in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment.
This position focuses primarily on the creation and maintenance of EMEA customer and supplier master data, while ensuring data quality standards, business rules, and service level agreements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain commercial master data within the Oracle ERP system, including:
Customer Master
Vendor Master
Item Master
Pricing Master
Manage daily activity through the team inbox and Teams Workflow system (Mendix).
Perform root cause analysis on process issues and data queries.
Liaise with Strategic Business Units (SBUs), internal customers, and support teams to ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved.
Maintain master data in response to changing business structures and operational requirements.
Ensure all data is processed accurately, efficiently, and right first time.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive best practice in data management.
Ensure compliance with all Data Management audit requirements.
Provide Remedy Ticket support by working with support teams to resolve system and data issues.
Assist with the preparation of regular and ad-hoc management reports relating to commercial master data.
Maintain and update detailed work instruction procedures.
Record and monitor daily performance metrics.
Support continuous improvement initiatives, driving Data Management strategy and productivity.
Foster trusted, collaborative relationships that enhance the overall employee experience.
Skills & Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience working within an ERP environment.
Oracle ERP experience (preferred but essential)
Strong understanding of master data management within an ERP system.
Experience working in a high-volume data processing environment.
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
