Electrician - Day & Evening Shift 
We are working with a globally recognised laboratory services company based in Loughrea, Co. Galway to find two experienced Electricians to join their team across day and evening shifts. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a well-established organisation that is the European hub for its industry.

If you are a time-served Electrician who takes pride in keeping plant and machinery running safely and efficiently, this is a great opportunity to join a professional and collaborative team.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Performing scheduled preventative maintenance of plant and machinery.
• Prioritising and completing repairs as requested by supervisors and managers.
• Conducting daily site inspections and reporting and repairing any defects identified.
• Completing maintenance logs of all jobs and tasks carried out on a daily and weekly basis.
• Implementing safety improvements and ensuring full compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Assisting the maintenance department with ongoing tasks under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Completing all required records in accordance with ISO 17025.

What We Are Looking For:

• Time-served Electrician with a recognised qualification and industrial experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of operational experience.
• Testing experience and a QC number is a bonus.
• Some mechanical repair experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Metal fabrication or welding experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage professionally with all staff and clients.
