<li>The Manufacturing Technician is a hands-on technical role supporting advanced balloon manufacturing processes and equipment used in the production of medical devices.</li>
<li>The position involves troubleshooting, problem solving, equipment support, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.</li>
<li>This is not a traditional assembly-line role, the balloons area consists of 20+ standalone balloon machines; successful candidates will have strong technical aptitude, enjoy working with equipment and processes, and be comfortable identifying and resolving manufacturing issues in a regulated environment.</li>
<li>Although there is some equipment maintenance involved, this is not a strictly maintenance role. 60%-70% of this role consists of process troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Particularly interested in candidates that have a trade (Electricians, fitters, tool makers, mechanics), and people that would have previous technician experience in medical device manufacturing.</li>

Job purpose:
Part of core team to analysed and investigate customer complaints, including responding to and escalating, as appropriate, quality related issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions to eliminate repeat instances.
Key Responsibilities:

Project Manager

The Lead Research and Development Engineer will be a technical leader and/or growing subject matter expert, applying engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges and ensuring products meet clinical needs, safety requirements, and quality standards. Leading a team in the development of drug-device combination products with a focus on the drug side. They should have working knowledge of designing and executing stability establishing studies in accordance with ICH guidelines and working knowledge of the analytical test methods required for characterisation of APIs. In this role, they may have the following responsibilities: &#149; Lead medium to large projects/programs while also supporting other project teams, as needed. &#149; Collaborate across functional department(s), grow and advance their area of technical expertise, and provide guidance and technical leadership across multiple projects within their area. &#149; Work with senior leadership to identify focus area(s) for research and best practices.
