Business Processes Specialist (Technical Operations)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Processes Specialist (Technical Operations) to join our Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes management, technical operations, and a passion for driving efficiency and optimization. As a Business Processes Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing business processes within our Technical Operations department to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current business processes within Technical Operations and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and strategies to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
- Lead and facilitate process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and define future state processes.
- Partner with IT teams to implement and configure process automation and digital solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct training and workshops for stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all implemented processes.
- Provide support and guidance to project teams on process-related matters and participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business processes and technical operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in business processes management, preferably within technical operations or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and data sets.
- Experience with process mapping, documentation, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation technologies is highly desirable.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
