Business Processes Specialist (Technical Operations)

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Processes Specialist (Technical Operations) to join our Technical Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business processes management, technical operations, and a passion for driving efficiency and optimization. As a Business Processes Specialist, you will play a critical role in analyzing, optimizing, and implementing business processes within our Technical Operations department to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze current business processes within Technical Operations and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Quality Assurance, Engineering, and Supply Chain to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives and strategies to achieve operational excellence and meet business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder workshops to capture requirements and define future state processes.
  • Partner with IT teams to implement and configure process automation and digital solutions to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct training and workshops for stakeholders to ensure understanding and adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all implemented processes.
  • Provide support and guidance to project teams on process-related matters and participate in cross-functional projects as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business processes and technical operations.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in business processes management, preferably within technical operations or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex processes and data sets.
  • Experience with process mapping, documentation, and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • Knowledge of process automation and digital transformation technologies is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
