HERO Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Planner to join our client, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Raheen, Limerick. As part of their onsite team at the largest greenfield pharma site development in the area, you will play a crucial role in optimizing asset management and ensuring smooth facility operation.

About the Role:

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive site asset management strategy.
• Plan and schedule preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities for buildings, facilities, and equipment within your designated area.
• Coordinate and manage technical service delivery by external vendors.
• Work closely with the onsite team to ensure compliance with HSE and GxP regulations for all maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records within the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Identify opportunities for improving asset performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Contribute to a collaborative and customer-focused environment, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or facilities management environment.
• Proven track record of effectively using a CMMS system (e.g., Maximo).
• In-depth understanding of Integrated Facility Management (IFM) services and their impact on operational efficiency.
• Strong background in service coordination and project management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• A proactive and results-oriented individual with a strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of risk management principles and regulatory compliance within the pharmaceutical industry (HSE, GxP).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
