It was almost a leap of faith when I entered into the world of recruitment over 20 years ago. I can honestly say that I have never looked back! I had moved from Ireland to the UK after finishing my degree and was looking for a ‘Job’. I remember interviewing with a recruitment company and they wanted me on their team. That’s when it all began all those years ago. I grew into a leadership role where I had the pleasure of developing and growing a great team of people.

I love working with people, taking the time to understand where they would like their career to go and working with them to get there. I also really enjoy working with our clients, really getting underneath what they are looking for in their new hires and going out and finding it for them. I genuinely believe there is an art in what we do, it’s an emotional rollercoaster, very challenging but extremely rewarding.

What I have learnt most in my 23 years in this industry is that people are our most valuable asset and when I say people I mean the people on our team that surrounds us with motivation and enthusiasm on a daily basis, our candidates that we work with and take them on a journey to improve their career and livelihood and of course our clients. The collaboration and trust amongst our people is what is extremely important to me and what I feel has enabled me to be a success in what I do to date.
