As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring smooth operations across multiple regions while leading and inspiring a team of regional managers, operatives, and support staff.

What You’ll Do:

• Take ownership of daily meal operations across multiple regions, driving efficiency and quality.
• Lead and mentor regional managers, operatives, and relief staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Ensure school ovens and satellite kitchens are maintained and operating seamlessly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational challenges with creativity and confidence.
• Shape and implement processes that support the company’s rapid growth.
• Make a direct impact on children’s health and nutrition nationwide.

Who You Are:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in hospitality, catering, or retail.
• 6+ years in a leadership role, managing operations and large teams.
• Hands-on, proactive, and decisive problem-solver.
• Inspiring leader with excellent people management skills.
