Join a leading global medical device company that is shaping the future of cardiac care. Our client’s Cardiac division is developing next-generation technologies that treat heart issues, saving lives and improving patient outcomes worldwide.
They are seeking a Senior Principal Project Management Specialist to lead and support new product development initiatives focused on innovative catheter design. In this role, you will manage large, complex projects, working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and other teams to bring life-changing products to market.

They are seeking a Senior Principal Project Management Specialist to lead and support new product development initiatives focused on innovative catheter design. In this role, you will manage large, complex projects, working cross-functionally with R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory, and other teams to bring life-changing products to market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead large projects, providing expertise, guidance, and mentoring.
- Develop and execute project plans including schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Ensure compliance with design control and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate across functions to resolve challenges and drive innovation.
- Support PMO initiatives and process improvements.
Key Requirements:
- Level 8 degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 8+ years.
- Strong knowledge of medical device regulations and standards.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or advanced engineering/scientific qualifications a plus.
