Job Title: Senior Software Quality Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Software Quality Engineer to join an agile squad, collaborating with cross-functional team members to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. The role involves contributing to the squad’s automation strategy, implementing test solutions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Expertise Required:

• 6+ years of experience in testing and test automation.

• Strong experience with Agile methodologies.

• Proficiency in front-end automation (e.g., Selenium, Playwright preferred).

• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Java.

• API testing experience using tools such as Postman, REST-assured, or Karate.

• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience with Jira, Xray, or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement automated test solutions for UI and API layers.

• Collaborate with developers and analysts to ensure features are testable.

• Lead test planning and execution for complex features.

• Mentor junior quality engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Participate in CI/CD pipeline integration and maintain test automation.

• Drive continuous improvement in testing practices and tools.
