Job Purpose:
The EAM Administrator is responsible for the effective administration, support, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system. This role ensures data accuracy and compliance, provides user support and training, and contributes to audits and regulatory activities. The position plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • EAM System Management:
    Oversee the day-to-day administration of the EAM system, including user setup, asset setup, preventive maintenance generation, change request processing, and asset lifecycle management.

  • Data Management & Quality:
    Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and reliability within the EAM system to support compliance and effective decision-making.

  • User Support & Training:
    Provide training, guidance, and support to users, promoting best practices for efficient system utilization.

  • System Upgrades & Enhancements:
    Represent the site in system upgrade projects, ensuring local requirements are captured and implemented effectively.

  • Continuous Improvement:
    Identify opportunities to enhance EAM system use, streamline processes, and improve overall maintenance and asset management performance.

  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing:
    Create and maintain maintenance procedures, “how-to” guides, and knowledge-sharing materials to ensure consistent work practices.

Education & Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of NFQ Level 6 qualification in a STEM discipline, such as Mechanical, Production, Manufacturing, or Mechatronics Engineering, and/or a Senior Trade certification.

  • Ideally 2–5 years’ experience in a modern manufacturing environment with hands-on experience using an Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all system data is precise, accurate, and error-free.

  • Proven experience leading or contributing to continuous improvement projects.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Service-oriented mindset focused on delivering an excellent internal customer experience.
