Job Title: Contract HRIS Implementation Consultant (Focus on Rippling/HCM) 6 month contract Galway Onsite role<ol><li> Role Summary</li></ol>The Contract HRIS Implementation Consultant is a highly specialized role engaged to drive the successful and timely implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS), with a strong preference for rippling or another modern Human Capital Management (HCM) platform.The Consultant will be responsible for translating complex HR, Payroll, and Benefits business requirements into system configurations, ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems and the optimal utilization of the new platform.
