Operations Project Manager 

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a strong manufacturing mindset and a passion for automation? Our client, a leading provider of custom automation solutions for the Medical & Life Sciences sector, is seeking an Operations Project Manager to bridge the gap between project delivery and manufacturing excellence.

In this senior role, you will lead medium-to-large automation equipment programs from planning through production, coordinating cross-functional teams across Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain. You’ll be the key link between customer expectations and operational execution, driving schedules, controlling costs, ensuring quality, and enabling smooth transitions into manufacturing.

What you’ll do

• Lead complex automation projects end-to-end

• Act as the primary customer interface for project delivery

• Align production capacity, resources, and materials with project needs

• Drive operational readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement

• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO, and quality standards

What we’re looking for

• 5–7+ years’ experience in project management or manufacturing operations

• Background in automation, equipment manufacturing, or life sciences

• Strong understanding of fabrication, machining, and assembly processes

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets/schedules

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
