Engineering Manager 
We are currently partnering with a leading global medical device manufacturer to support the hire of a Manufacturing Process Engineer for their high-performing site in the West of Ireland.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, highly automated facility with a strong focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and hands-on engineering support.

This position sits directly on the production floor, working closely with operations and maintenance teams to support day-to-day manufacturing while driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing hands-on technical support to manufacturing lines.
• Driving process optimisation and efficiency improvements.
• Supporting equipment troubleshooting and maintenance activities.
• Leading or contributing to validation and NPI projects.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Quality, R&D, and Engineering teams.

• Degree-qualified in Engineering or related discipline (Level 7+).
• Strong hands-on manufacturing experience (ideally medical device or regulated environment).
• Background in process support, maintenance, or continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working on the floor and solving real-time issues.
• Strong communicator with a proactive mindset.
