Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
As Executive Assistant, you will provide dedicated support to a member of the leadership team.
- Provide daily administrative support
- Proactive diary management and meeting coordination
- Organisation of complex business travel
- Preparation and formatting of presentations, reports and key documents
- Take accurate meeting minutes. Track and follow up on actions
- Management of expenses, purchase orders and approvals for signature
- Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Managing priorities and competing demands effectively
- Daily ad hoc tasks as they arise
Office Coordination
- Support office-related activities in collaboration with local teams
- Support team events, leadership visits and key meetings
General
- Daily ad hoc tasks as they arise
- Flexibility to support evolving business needs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Experience supporting senior leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
