Engineering Manager – Automation & Innovation Focus

This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the Head of Engineering. You will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and implementing advanced automated systems, driving process improvements, and shaping the site’s technology strategy for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead adoption and integration of advanced automation and digital manufacturing technologies.
• Solve complex technical challenges and drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple projects, overseeing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder coordination.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and forward-thinking problem-solving.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, or related field).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in technical leadership, preferably in regulated or medical device manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in automation, robotics, or advanced manufacturing systems.
• Broad technical knowledge and a future-focused mindset, capable of introducing innovative solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD or other design/facility software preferred.
