Our medical device are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Generalist to join our Galway team and provide expert support across recruitment, employee relations, performance, compensation, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with Hiring Managers on recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Act as a key point of contact for employee relations and engagement.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure GDPR compliance.
• Support performance reviews, training coordination, and development tracking.
• Manage payroll inputs and benefits administration.
• Contribute to HR projects and ensure compliance with Irish employment law.

What You’ll Bring

• Level 8 degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR systems.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and data accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with HRIS platforms.
