Overview:
Our client, a leading regulated manufacturing organisation based in Galway, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Team Lead to oversee recruitment strategy, manage a high-performing TA team, and drive best-practice hiring processes across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring delivery of high-quality hiring outcomes.

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned to business needs in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• Partner closely with HR, hiring managers, and senior leadership to support workforce planning.

• Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal quality standards.

• Analyse recruitment metrics to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support continuous process optimisation.

• Represent the company brand through effective candidate engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior specialist role.

• Track record of hiring within regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharma, manufacturing) highly preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (HR degree strongly preferred).

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience working in fast-paced and compliance-driven environments.
