Senior Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include the following (and other duties as assigned):
- Provide technical and sustaining engineering support within a manufacturing environment.
- Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications to:
- Meet quality standards
- Improve production efficiencies
- Enhance manufacturing techniques
- Increase production yields for existing products
- Integrate equipment and material capabilities to meet:
- Process module target specifications
- Technology target specifications
- Review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods, including cost and schedule considerations.
- Collaborate with product design and development teams to ensure alignment between processes and designs.
- Develop and conduct statistical analyses, or recommend documentation improvements.
- Lead innovation, development, and/or optimization of new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures for transfer to operations. This may include:
- Scouting and feasibility studies
- Material selection
- Process and equipment selection
- Tooling/fixture development
- Equipment installation
- Input/output assessment and alignment to requirements
- Develop manufacturing processes suitable for statistical process control (SPC), including measurement systems.
- Ensure all processes and procedures comply with relevant regulations.

- Individual contributor within technical functions, focused on advancing existing technologies or introducing new technologies and therapies.
- Responsible for formulating, delivering, and/or managing assigned projects.

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
