Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our testing team. The Test Technician will be responsible for conducting tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality and functionality of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience with testing procedures, and a dedication to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform tests on components, assemblies, and finished products using standard testing equipment and procedures.
• Set up and operate test equipment and instrumentation according to specified procedures and standards.
• Record and analyze test data, interpret results, and document findings accurately.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues or anomalies during testing, and collaborate with engineers to resolve technical problems.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability of test results.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures while performing tests and handling hazardous materials.
• Prepare test reports, summaries, and documentation for review by engineering and quality assurance teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance to support product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and quality standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or equivalent technical certification in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or a related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (X years) as a Test Technician or in a similar role, preferably in [industry sector].
• Hands-on experience with testing equipment and instrumentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and specifications.
