Field Service Engineer 

Are you a technically skilled engineer who thrives in the field, building real relationships with clients while solving complex problems? This is a rare opportunity to work with cutting-edge robotic drug storage technology, supporting some of Ireland's leading healthcare and pharmaceutical facilities.

The role Based from home and covering Ireland, you'll be the go-to expert for the installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of large-scale automated dispensing systems. You'll work independently, manage your own schedule, and take real ownership of client relationships from fault diagnosis to hands-on repairs to preventative maintenance visits.

What you'll bring

• Level 6+ qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Proven experience in electro-mechanical fault diagnosis, repair, and installation
• Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to manage expectations at all levels
• Excellent self-management and time-keeping
• A proactive attitude and genuine pride in first-time resolution
